Fine, but they're all we've got for the time being, so let's crush their confidence by focusing the whole sporting world on their inadequacies? good one.

You mean it's ok for them to show their questionable inadequacies to the regular 3-4,000 odd paying fans week after week ?

Of course not, but talk of putting this up in the dressing room and so on, think that'll really help change things? I would say 50% of our squad isn't good enough. They know that as well as we do. We can't change it, and I doubt they can. If you was shown this letter about your ability in your job, would it motivate you? It wouldn't me. And if we want the players who aren't good enough to leave, fine. But who the hell are we going to replace them with? We've tried this time and time again (Newey and barnes spring to mind, who's replacements are hardly better)

I see the scousers did what they do best and tried to steal it as their own.

I would have, quite seriously, been sacked.
Thing is, when Poojah wrote this it was intended to be shared between us Fishy-ites, not for National or even GLOBAL exposure. Those coming on here aren't taking the p**s, they are saying that it strikes a chord, they've all been there. You may disagree with the (huge) scale of this potential humiliation of the team but that was'nt Poojahs intention.

Thieving scouse bastard. Hopefully most people will have read the real version before the scouse version. This is why I hate scousers.

I'm fully aware of that, but nonetheless, between us or the wider sporting community, it's not the sort of thing I'd want the players seeing. Just my opinion like. I love the fact we've gotten some exposure don't get me wrong, if we get a few more followers from this, then great, but it's not good for the squad, even in jest.
