Anyone else seen it on other forums?

Made it on to Cobblers Comments today...

And even though they thought they had it bad right now (losing to their local rivals the MKDonuts) I hope that in reading Poojah's cry from the heart, those Cobblers won't allow Schadenfreude to inspire them to cast aside all their own personal woes on Saturday. They can leave him on the bench.

Staggering to think that a Liverpool fan could think his club are having enough trouble to hijack the post and use it for his 'struggling' team

Maybe it brought back memories for him of our last trip to Anfield....when we were capable of giving them a game to remember!

hope it'll be heard at sixfields.
anyone know if it's reached the cobbler's board yet? we might get the whole ground joining in

Here it is...

http://web.ukonline.co.uk/ntfc/ppcc3hok.htm

I got a call from a mate who's an avid Cobblers fan this afternoon to ask if I'd seen it

Told him that whilst it summed up my feelings it couldn't have been me who posted it...I don't remember ever owning any second-rate Scandinavian porn. I always wanted the good stuff!

I used to work with a Scouser, he hadn't been to a game in over 10 years but he would be spitting feathers if they drew or lost to anyone outside the top 4. It doesn't surprise me that they have nicked his letter, they'd rob the steam off your shite if they could get 10 bob for it.

Could who ever is compiling the list of Footy, Ice Hockey, American Football, Rugby or any other sort of club that has posted Poojah's letter put it in some sporting order please.

Cheers buddy.

I would say to Dan, we have been putting up with shite for the last decade; it was about time someone let rip.  We have given them our full support and if it ruffles their feathers a bit, then so be it.  The ones who stand up and start earning the right to wear the Black & White stripes will be forgiven the others will fade away into non league where they deserve to be.  Town fans have never given up and poojah's letter is just the recharge we all needed.  No player will be tarnished if they show heart, fight and dogged determination when they represent us.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

I wouldn't normally register with a site to post on something I know absolutely nothing about, but feel the sentiment in Poojah's letter could probably apply to many teams in various sports, although not many other sports pay the obscene wages that football does in this country.

I picked this up off the lounge section of  THE ice hockey forum where a lot of fans visit from all over the world!

I hope things start to pick up for Grimsby soon.

I've got a link to it with this as my Facebook status....

Got Northy and Jarmo added so I'm hoping one of them will read it.

One of thems not playing and the other aint bothered!  Lets see if we can get it in front of the rest of the squad, Bosh, Clark etc.  I may print a copy and take it to Northampton on Saturday.  Someone needs to tell them the whole football league is keeping an eye on them this week!

Registered so you could add the real "Pool" to your list. It's been on a Blackpool message board. Always looked out for you lot since you signed Paul Groves, fantastic player i always thought. A lot better than the last 2 former Pool players you've add, Phil Barnes and Adrian Forbes! I won't add Mike Newell. Despite our recent success, i'm sure many a Blackpool fan can relate to the post. Think of it as being a character building process.

I thought I'd pop in and say I saw this on a Washington Redskins (American football) forum. I was astonished.

I would have, quite seriously, been sacked.
Thing is, when Poojah wrote this it was intended to be shared between us Fishy-ites, not for National or even GLOBAL exposure. Those coming on here aren't taking the p**s, they are saying that it strikes a chord, they've all been there. You may disagree with the (huge) scale of this potential humiliation of the team but that was'nt Poojahs intention.

But that hasn't happened, not even close. READ the replys.  Most admit that Poojah has put into words what fans from ost clubs have felt at some stage. for every reply taking the p1ss there are 100 wishing us luck.  It the players can't handle it then they are in the wrong job.  Of course the likes of BRADLEY MARINER will always end up RATHERFEDUP but the vast majority of Town fans (and fans around the world it seems) are in support.
