I reckon the 2 luckiest players in the last 16 were Grim Rob and Judas Jay.
Rob only got one match correct but it just happened to be his nap and then won on the tiebreak, and Jay scored only two points but was lucky that his opponent only scored one!
Well I hope Rob's used all his luck up already before our tie! Maybe he'll use his "beat the bookies" tricks to try and psyche us out this coming weekend Anyway just pleased to be in with another shot at it My predictions were more luck than judgement as Ivanosandwich's forecasts and mine were a pretty close run thing...I just had a gut feeling Woking would do Wrexham and that's what swayed it between us. Hard luck mate! I had to check the attendance at Hartlepool though to see who would have been the closer if Woking & Wrexham had drawn and I think I would just have shaded it ... 3,328

And with the semi-finals being 1 v 4 and 2 v 3, we could be on course for a Dad v Lad final I do believe?

You know how the old cliché goes Les.... We're not looking that far ahead, we're taking it one game at a time!

Well done, it was a close thing with our predictions almost identical, except for the Woking game. I was hoping that Wrexham would win on Sat and lose tonight.

Oh sure, Les, rub it in! I bottled it big time, no doubt about it. Congrats and good luck to Judas Jay. And, of course, a huge THANKS to you Les for running the league again.

Cheers UTFM.......I'll try and go win the thing for us! Think I may need to sort my predictions out first, can't believe I won with only 2 pts! UTM
