Irrelevant really as the only way their play off chances will still be alive when they play Monday is if Gateshead lose  against  Macclesfield earlier in the day, and if that happens Town will be confirmed as in the play offs. Of course this is dependant on Town beating Hyde.

Best case scenario after Monday is:

3 Grimsby           45 21 77
4 Halifax             45 27 76
5 Gateshead        45 18 74

6 Kidderminster   45 8 73
7 Braintree          45 17 72
8 Barnet              45 6 71

This will involve Halifax losing, us winning, Gateshead drawing, Braintree losing to Barnet (even though it's nigh on impossible for them to overcome the GD), and Kidderminster winning. Means our play-off place is secure but still gives Gateshead a chance of overtaking Halifax and consequently us playing them in the semi-final, Kiddy overtaking Gateshead and us possibly playing them in the final and Braintree needing to go for the win on the last day.

Worst case scenario is obviously:

3 Halifax            45 29 79
4 Gateshead      45 19 76
5 Braintree        45 19 75
6 Grimsby          45 17 74
7 Kidderminster  45 8 73
8 Barnet             45 5 68

This scenario rules Kidderminster out and would mean we need to win against Braintree.

The most likely scenario in my opinion is:

3 Halifax            45 30 79
4 Grimsby          45 21 77
5 Gateshead       45 19 76
6 Braintree         45 18 73
7 Kidderminster  45 9 73
8 Barnet             45 5 69

We qualify by virtue of winning against Hyde and Braintree only getting a point against Barnet despite Barnet's season being rendered over by Gateshead's win earlier in the day against Macclesfield. Gateshead then need only a point against Cambridge to knock Braintree out of the running. A defeat for Gateshead would mean Braintree would qualify by beating us and we would play Halifax in the play-off semi-final. We could still finish 5th and play Cambridge if Gateshead win or draw (depending on GD) and we lose to Braintree.

Any which way, depending on which team they put out against Gateshead on the final day, Cambridge will have a really good say as to who they play in the semi-finals.

Im shitting it, as town fans you just know we will win, but then the heed will win and them illegitimates from braintree will bag a last minute winner and send it to the final day, and god knows how im gonna handle the final day if that is what it comes too
