He regularly makes outrageous allegations about corruption within Grimsby police, mason, solictors etc.

A quick google suggests he has done time for growing weed and is the step father of convicted murderer Melvyn 'Aidie' McLellan.

After all the old conspiracy theories about paedos turning out to be true, I am less inclined to think this is all just the bitter ramblings of a stoned nutcase.
