The odds arent very favourable as it stands for a decent outcome. When I checked earlier it was basically 17/20 for a city win and 3/1 for either a draw or Liverpool win.

Done £85 with bet Fred for city win ,
£35 bet365 Liverpool win and will use the in play for the draw.should make £30 minimum.wish they did this every week!

Am I getting my maths wrong Forza?

If it turns out to be a draw then you'd have lost your stakes for either team to win  (120 quid over the two bets) and if you match the in-play with an equivalent 35 quid bet with BET365 then don't you only recoup 105 quid (at 3/1 odds) which would leave you 15 quid down.

Like I said maybe I can't add up but I thought these offers were guaranteed to give you a profit?

My £50 in play bet goes on at 3-1 once they've kicked off so £150 return.ive spent £120 so am £30 up whatever happens,although slightly better if man c win which I think is the most likely outcome

You only laid £35 so your free Inplay bet is only up to £35

Has anyone come up with a decent guaranteed profit? I'm tempted to just back City and the draw. Can't see Liverpool winning.

For anyone still to set this up for tonight...

I've plumped for the following (and you'll see it kinda embraces your thought (psg) that Liverpool are unlikely to prevail):

£50 on Draw @ 29/10 on Bet365
£100 on City @ 1.94 on Betfair
£50 will go on Liverpool, in-play, on Bet365 (currently at 10/3)

Gives profit of £45 if draw, £44 if City win & £16.66 if Liverpool win.
