International Broadcast of play-offs

Hi. I thought I was quite good at searching and finding on the internet but am having no joy with this one.
I know BT Sport are carrying the game, most likely on BT Sport 1 but I cannot find a schedule anywhere. The reason I want to find a schedule is it might lead me to an international broadcaster who is also a BT partner and therefore showing the game.....if I can do that, I can convince my mate to keep his bar open all night to watch the game....
does anyone know which international broadcast partners of BT (if any) are carrying the game?
