Even the high school American Football teams get more than some MLS teams. The college ones can get more than 100,000! Wasn't there 50,000 at Kaka's first game for Orlando?

It is getting more popular over there as they realise that football is far superior to the sports they've convinced themselves are entertaining for many years and also less dangerous for their kids to play than american football. It'll never properly overtake NFL for popularity there though.

Even Real Madrid, Man Utd and AC Milan started as amateurs once upon a time. I hope it does grow there because I've got two yank half brothers who will be getting a bit of stick should we draw them in a World Cup again.
