Up Pohnpei, a book about a couple of English guys who moved there to coach, is well worth a read. Pohnpei is part of Micronesia so clearly they didn't do a very good job.

I took the book with me on my recent holiday and couldn't put it down, it was a fantastic read and what those two blokes went through was incredible. There are a few great books out there showing the bottom end of the football pyramid which is an area that has always fascinated me
