Latest standings after the Saturday games of week 2. As has been mentioned, the 3 nils prize could well be won by several teams so on this occasion if more than one of the 7 teams who could score nil for the 3rd week do then those teams will go into their own "lowest score mini-play-off" the following week until the team that is eventually left wins the £60 prize. This way the prize will be worth winning rather than having to split it 4 or 5 ways.

I was thinking along those lines too so okay we'll do that. There are 7 teams who have scored nil in the first 2 weeks. If more than one scores nil again next week then those teams will go into a play-off in week 4, then week 5 etc if needed with the lowest scoring team winning the full £60 prize, rather that spitting it between more than one winner. It will make the prize worth winning then rather than having it split say 4 ways and each team only winning £15. |

After week 3 there's still no team really pulling away from the crowd. As for the 3 nils prize, I will award it today. Of the 7 teams who could have scored nil again today, only 2 did, so I will share the £60 prize between these two teams. Southport (d_mariner84) and Wigan Athletic (Scoregasm) will get £30 each. After week 4 it's still very tight at the top with no team running away with it. Just a couple of things though. One of the prizes was to be between the team or teams who scored exactly 5 goals in week 5. Well, week 5 just happens to be an international break so a large number of teams will be scoring the default 2 goals and will have no chance of winning this. Therefore this prize will move to week 6 and will be between the team or teams to score exactly 5 goals in week 6.
Also the teams that won the 3 nils prize will not be eligible to win the lowest scoring team when the first prize is won.
