After recent complaints about the ticket office,

I would like to say thank you for their friendly fast service,

Yesterday I ordered two tickets for the Boreham Wood game,

The young lady was very friendly and helpful,

Plus my tickets arrived at my home this morning in Suffolk less than 24 hours later,

Good work ticket office.

I endorse this 100%, Fabulous telephone manner and very efficient. Pleasant, chatty and helpful, lovely in fact. Tickets arrived today 24 hrs later and yes it cost an extra £6 odd but worth it as it avoided the old 'will I get 'em in time or not' scenario

One downside she couldn't add 18 + 18 + the 6 special delivery +  the 50p admin charge - told me as she rang off £31 would be charged to my debit card. Rang back within 3 minutes apologising profusely and said it was 40 odd quid.

Top marks ticket office and this young lady in particular - please can she pick the team in future, she didn't sound the type to leave Amond out

Nobody is the type to leave Amond out!
Oh apart from PH.....

Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly

As someone who was critical about the service and the apathy called today to get my Borehamwood tickets (odd as it's only 15 mins from home) and the lady on the phone was polite, engaging and happy to help .............. If we have been listened to another "well done" to GTFC I reckon.

I'm (slightly) biased but the ticket office staff are having to put up with some fairly difficult situations at the moment. The Lincoln ticketing has caused its obvious issues, they have the normal home matches to deal with and now an unwanted "extra" with Borehamwood "all ticket for away fans" tickets. I honestly think that when they are assessing whether clubs are "fit" to play in the National League they should look at their infrastructure i.e. whether they can deal with ticketing issues for bigger crowds etc.
I think they do a very good job on the whole especially on match day itself.

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.
