Worried now

Not because we are out of touch with the promotion race, because we really aren't.

Not because we don't have cracking players for our level, because we do.

But because our manager, who I am a real fan of, keeps making odd decisions.

I am sorry but no matter how busy Tomlinson is, he is a million miles behind any of our own strikers. There is no way he should be starting games.

I am happy to perm any two from the three, Bogle, JP or Podge. But no way Tomlinson as a starter.

Bogle, Podge, Marshall completely changed the game and we were on the front foot from the moment they were on the pitch.

Paul Hurst, stop worrying me and fir Christ's sake get a grip man and get your best boys out there

Ascend is right though.

Tomlinson isn't as good as what we have here already. Bogle needed a kick up the bottom, Bogle, JP and Amond and miles better than Tomlinson. JP was excellent today and was hauled off for no reason - has he ever finished a game under Hurst? He had plenty left in the tank.

Bogle's had his bollocking now, get him back in the team and scoring goals. Something is going on with Hurst and the excellent Amond. Hurst has made several comments in the media about his training levels. I don't particularly care about his training, I judge him on match day performances and he is an excellent player, his goal per game ration suggest we are lucky to have him too.

Seems like Hannah all over again.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Of all the lads that came on as sub today I thought Marshall looked a cut above.

More serious though, Podge is twice the player Hannah is. Hannah was doing nothing if he wasn't scoring goals. Podge's clever movement helps the team no end as it pulls the opposition defence all over the place.

Player brought in by current management. Starts off scoring lots of goals. Then dropped for various reasons. Bit part player. Never rediscovers his early form.

That's a load of balderdash.
