A last day shoot out at Braintree. The winner takes the last play off space.

Of course it may not come to that................ we could win at Alfreton on Friday and do a number against Hyde on Monday.

Then again...another scenario could be that we lose at Alfreton on Friday and then get embarrassed at home by Hyde on Monday.


Alfreton Town, Hyde United and Braintree Town................... they are our equals at the moment....maybe even our superiors! :(

3 games left, need 6 points to secure playoffs, this makes the Alfreton game a must win one.  Not confident if we play the same as we did against Halifax, but then again, we seem to play better away from home. UTM

1-0 away wins with a goal out of nothing - to some extent Halifax did to us last night what we've been doing on our travels in the past month or so (well apart from last Thursday at Dartford which to coin a phrase was maybe a bridge too far)
