Now that we've booked our place, does anyone know the exact dates & times for the semi finals? Looking at booking time off work to make sure I can attend. Apologies if this question has been asked elsewhere, and thanks on advance. UTM!

Yeah still the same...the only thing is it doesn't state clearly is which day the 4th v 3rd or the 5th v 2nd games will take place

Think they'll wait to see who's playing who after Saturday's final games and then decide - a bit of a pain when it comes to making plans I guess but if the ties are undecided not much can be done about it

I thought they said they would announce what game at the end of the Barnet v Braintree game

I missed the end bit.

Why isn't it Tuesday/Wednesday? Seems a tad unnecessary to ask 2 of the teams to have only 2 full days' recovery before the second leg.

Why is there a 2 week gap between the 2nd leg of the semi final and the final? Surely the season could've been a week longer? (There was only a 1 week gap last season)

I suspect so it gives time for Wembley to sell (rip us off) Tickets and merchandise ect

All would be good questions for the management committee of the Skrill Conference - the 'Stoneybridge Town Council' of the football world.  :-/

Home leg first didn't suit us last year so I hope we finish the match off at BP when the crowd know exactly what is required (like the situation today).

If it was Tue/Wed wouldn't it be the same i.e. asking two of the teams to have only a two day break before the first leg.

Ideally, we need to finish 3rd. The away backing would be guaranteed in the first leg (if away) therefore setting us up for a 2nd leg home game.

Yeah that's it, good memory.

Although if a week was ok last year I'm not sure why it couldn't have been this.

Technically, yes. But at the same time, no. Finish at Saturday at 5pm to recover for 7.45 pm Tuesday is 75 hours recovery. Thursday 9.30pm to Sunday 4.30pm is 67 hours. Those 8 hours could make a big difference. ;) It's the same for both teams of course but I imagine the players would rather play Saturday, Tuesday, Sunday than Saturday, Thursday, Sunday. I know I would.

The more I think about it: the clubs have to sell tickets so it gives them extra time and for supporters to make arrangements.
