Psychologically  - Town know this and Barnet know this.
The danger is from Bristol Rovers (Macclesfield were better than them today i.m.o.)  - just keep our noses in front of B. R. - as is now - i.m.o.

Not impressed  with either Macclesfield or Rovers today,

We have nothing to fear but fear itself,

We are going to do this.

Well said Pete. If we play to the best of our ability we are the best team in this league. UTM

Town are the best team in the league at the moment. Trouble is, it took until Christmas to be that, and we've had to play catch up as a result. What might have been eh?

Barnet have nothing to fear then, as we are going up as Champions.

The difference this season, is PH has found a diamond in the January transfer window.
Had Palmer been fit against Bristol Rovers  we would have won

I think you have the nail on the head. Palmer and his goals have made the difference.

Without Ollie Palmer we would have struggled to make the playoffs. He came in at just the right time

The problem Barnet have is it's theirs to lose - if they win their last 5 we can't catch up a 10 goal difference - simply because we haven't been that prolific since that mad weekend. What's encouraging is their fans lack of faith.

If they win their last 5 the goal difference is irrelevant!

Get the impression our fans are different to theirs as well. Whenever Ive been down to Barnets ground with Town its been like a morgue and our fans out sung them.

Talked to some of theirs when we got the tube into London after the game down there, was amazed how negative they were - made me look optimistic!

I was at their ground when they lost to Stevenage a few years ago, very hostile to their own players / manager when things aren't going right

"Stimson, get out of our facking clab"  ;D

To be fair to Bar Nit fans, losing to anyone but Chavenage wouldn't be so provocative.

Currently we are th best. Barnet have always been depending on Akinde and I don't think Bristol score enough goals. They have scraped a few single goal wins and have drawn quite a few. We have the momentum at just the right time Barnet and Brizzle have lost theirs.
