Alan Alger. Always thought TlOTW should be reserved for actions of a helmet, or a helmet in general, but not really flipping horrendous and genuinely horrible excrement. Kind of takes the lightheartedness out of it. That's why it's Alan Alger for me not the pilot of the plane.

Completely agree otherwise my vote would go for Pol Pot, or The Third Reich(especially with their added agenda of starting a war to end Grimsby's time in the top division).
