You joke about Barnet, a couple of Barnet fans that follow me on Twitter were moaning in the week because they were struggling to fill the ground...a ground that holds barely 4000...

Barnet have never been a big club but the move away from the Borough was crazy. They barely get 1500 most weeks and considering they have been top of the league for most of the season that is poor.

If they go up and get off to a slow start then they could be down to gates of 1000 next season

Barnet have done remarkably well given the crowds they get. The chairman was on our local news last night and said promotion will be worth £1.4 million to them

They had no choice really. Barnet Council wanted them out. Rejected several attempts to develop other locations and Underhill not much scope. Sounds very familiar to another club. Can't think who though.
