With all the injuries, what sort of side are we likely to be playing?

McKeown

Tait. Toto  Pearson.  East

MacKreth. Diz. Clay. Monkhouse

.            Amond.  Arnold

Bench:

Gowling, Clifton, Venney, Bastock, Bogle (if fit)

If PH goes 442 then the only decision seems to be 2 out of 3 at the back.  Probably right that Gowling will be on the bench with Bogle.

Still a much stronger starting 11 than last year's first game but bench a bit thin.

So injuries to JPP, Marshall, Brown and Robertson plus Bogle not match fit.

Injuries are disappointing but not doom and gloom.  If having Amond and Arnold upfront and Bogle on the bench is a striker crisis then it's probably the best crisis we've had in years.

No disrespect to either of them but Monkhouse and Amond aren't the quickest of players. We need a bit more pace up front IMO.
