Will Paul Hurst stay at Grimsby?

Lennie Enraged By Zhang

Lennie Lawrence was left fuming this morning as Chinese star Zhang Enhua reported back for training two days later than expected. Enhua was scheduled for a return on Wednesday, although it is believed that the home-sick Chinese international chose instead to stay behind with team-mates in Rome.

Speaking yesterday afternoon, Lawrence raged: "Zhang played 90 minutes for China against Lazio and he's still not back which doesn't please me very much. I don't think his preparation is ideal for somebody who's going to be in the starting line-up. "I was expecting him back on Wednesday," continued the Mariners gaffer, "not good." Zhang will now be punished by being forced to sit out Saturday's clash with Crewe, handing Richard Smith the opportunity to continue his impressive form in the heart of the Grimsby defence.
