Merry Xmas And Thank You!

ONCE again we come to that time of the year when we can relax, put our feet up and enjoy ourselves with our family and friends and hoping that Santa got your list!!

I suppose our first wish is that Santa can somehow wave his magic wand and take us back into the first division.

Here on the Fishy, our wish is that you and your families have a very happy Xmas and that you get all the goodies you asked for. (It is dangerous to ask for all the goodies you deserve. You might get a few surprises!)

But most of all we want to thank each and every one of you for your support and your input to the Fishy. Without you, the Fishy could never be the success it is. We thank you also for your patience during the recent technical problems that are out of our control.

Despite all that, the hit rate continues to rise and we know that part of the reason is that you folk have been passing on the word! Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

So thank you once again for your support.

Thank you too to the Grimsby Telegraph for their assistance in particular Geoff Ford the Sports Editor and Stuart Rowson Football Reporter.

Thank you too Radio Humberside. David Burns for his cooperation and his commentaries with John Tondeur and George Kerr. Thank you all.

Thank you to the Commercial Department at Blundell Park. Tony Richardson, Tim Harvey, Dale Ladson on Mariners Net and David Smith who have assisted us considerably throughout the year.

And on behalf of all our subscribers and friends, we wish Paul Groves and the lads all the very best for Xmas and the New Year when we will be looking to see a change of fortune and a climb into the upper reaches of the table.

Billo, Grim Rob and all the Fishy Team
