AUSTRALIAN midfielder Nicky Rizzo has returned to his parent club Milton Keynes Dons after damaging his thigh in training on Friday.

"I'm absolutely gutted," he said. "I did it before and that time I was out for a month. It makes matters worse because it was after training. We'd finished training and we were doing a bit of shooting practice when I felt it go."

"Last time when I did it I was taking a free kick and it completely went, this time it doesn't feel as bad.

"I think it will be a couple of weeks. It's a Quad (Quadriceps) injury." "It's really frustrating because I'm only here for a month, and I think I did okay in the first game."

"I've now been told that I can go home to Milton Keynes to recover. Hopefully it is only a couple of weeks and I can come back."
