Wembley Just Days Away

Date: 26/03/2008

WITH Wembley just a few days away now almost everyone will have got their tickets, but a few are still on sale through the club before the weekend. Town have currently sold 24,222 tickets and their opponents MK Dons 32,000, which means a total crowd of over 60,000 at the national stadium.

Town fans in London on the eve of the game are to meet up at Trafalgar Square - as they did ten years ago when Grimsby of course did their Wembley Double. Meet up at Nelson's Column, at 5pm, on Saturday, March 29. Town Chairman John Fenty will be amongst those present. The nearest tube station to Trafalgar Square is Charing Cross, which is also a mainline rail station.
