Grimsby v Braintree Team News

PAUL Hurst faces some difficult selection decisions for the home game with Braintree after some inconsistent performances from his side. The Town boss stuck with the side that scored four second-half goals at Aldershot, only to see them fail to beat 10-man Eastleigh at the weekend.

Andy Monkhouse is close to recovering from his knock, but Evan Horwood and Marcus Marshall are both ruled out through injury.

Braintree, who have managed just one point in the last four games, are falling away from the promotion picture after looking certainties for a play-off berth a few weeks ago.
