Livingstone Facing Ban

Lennie Lawrence has accepted that he is once again likely to be without key striker Steve Livingstone early on in the New Year. The Mariners front-man is due to appear at Soho Square on a charge of disrepute, with Lawrence expecting the FA to impose at least a three-match ban.
"It's a bit close to Christmas and I can't imagine there'd be a hearing this week. He's going to get banned, it's just a question of when and for how long. "I'm hoping that it might be early in the New Year. He still might miss some Christmas games, but if it's January, that suits us better," said Lawrence.
