Question of the Week

Who will go down?

Injury List 30/3

By: Peter Forrester
Date: 30/03/2001

This week's Injury List sees the length of the list has grown - meaning more work for Town physio Paul Mitchell

Zhang Enhua: The Chinese captain has been suffering from back and hamstring strains all week but seems determined to participate in his last game for the Mariners at Norwich on Saturday, and is expected to start at Carrow Road.

Steve Livingstone: The tough striker/centre back restarted training this week but is still rated a major doubt for the trip to Norwich on Saturday.

Richard Smith: The injury-prone centre back is sorely missed by the Town faithful and is back in the gym trying to regain fitness but "Smudger" is still struggling with knee ligament damage.

David Smith: The left back was set to return to action in the reserve game Walsall against but the Wednesday's fixture being postponed meant this was not possible.

Wayne Burnett: The central midfielder is ruled out of the trip to Norwich, after picking up a knock against Birmingham.

Bradley Allen: The ex-Charlton striker is hoping to be back in training next week after a MRI scan revealed his Achilles strain was not as bad as first feared.

Paul Raven: The central defender is still struggling with a calf strain

Ben Chapman: The rookie defender is likely to be out for the rest of the season with a dislocated shoulder.
