Key PlayerJulian Joachim. Joachim got 16 goals last season for the Pilgrims. If he can net the same again, Boston can be almost certain of another season in the football league. However, if Boston have realistic ambitions this year, Joachim can't do all the work alone. They will need the likes of Elding, Tait and Green to help him with the goals.
StrengthsThere's plenty of experience in the Boston side this year. The likes of Albrighton, Marriott and Farrell know the lower leagues inside-out.
WeaknessesConsistency. Only once last season did the Pilgrims record three wins in a row. Like the Mariners in 2004/05, they were unable to produce a run of results to propel them into the play offs. Away from home they are particularly weak - they scored just 16 goals away last season - the least in the league.
Prediction17th. Boston have plenty of experienced players, but they have a very small squad. Therefore, any injuries or suspensions may severely hamper any chances of glory this season.

Next Team: Bristol Rovers
