Question of the Week

Where will Grimsby finish?

The Fishy's Kit Sponsorship of Paul Raven

By: The Fishy Team
Date: 28/05/2001

THE FISHY will be continuing its kit sponsorship of Paul Raven this coming season. Each Grimsby Town player has a kit sponsor and last season Paul Raven was available so we chose to fill the gap. We have therefore informed the club of our intention to continue the sponsorship.

In return as sponsors, we get a mention in the match day programme, a signed shirt from the player presented on the pitch before a match for which we get two free tickets. We will be looking for someone later on to represent the Fishy on that occasion and receive the shirt on our behalf.

If you have a company it is good PR or if you can form a group of some sort it is an excellent way to support the club. The cost is just 300 pounds plus VAT.

There are also match ball sponsorships for around the same price. In return for sponsoring a match ball you get two free tickets to the game, a tour of BP including the dressing room where you can take pics, a three course meal with wine in the Inn On The Park or Sponsors Lounge, photographs of you and some of the team members and access to lounge for pre match and half time drinks etc. At the completion of the game you are presented with a match ball signed by the players.

These types of sponsorships are well suited to fans and/or fan groups and if this type of sponsorship appeals to you, please contact commercial@gtfc.co.uk for details.
