Where will Grimsby finish?

Club Statement on Board Changes Rumour Expected!

THE GTFC BOARD have announced that they will be making a statement on Monday regarding their position and because rumours are circulating regarding imminent new additions to the board.

The Fishy revealed some weeks ago that John Fenty, a previous member of the Bill Carr board had been approached and reports indicated that he was likely to accept the offer depending on certain considerations.

"...A Sweetheart Deal?..."

The Fishy can reveal today that there will possibly be two new faces joining the board and reports indicate that there will be some redistribution of shares. The two new additions will probably be John Fenty and another ex-member of the Bill Carr administration. Mr Rouse perhaps?

Whether the possible redistribution of shares is part of a sweetheart deal to entice these two people to the board is not known but the club statement may well clarify that position when it is made next week.
