Cambridge have a continental manager and are relying mainly on foreign signings to boost the U’s up and coming season, but this is a gamble as they must be up to standards as soon as possible. United are another club who have got their hands tied by financial restrictions, but might have a good season this year.
Position Last Season: 13th
Fishy Prediction: 12th
