Butler Joins Town

GRIMSBY have signed Scunthorpe United captain Andy Butler on a month's loan. The 23-year-old central defender, who has not played for the Iron this season, goes straight into the squad for Sunday's televised game against Hereford at Blundell Park.
Butler has missed all of this season with a cruciate ligament injury, and is looking to return to match fitness during his month on loan at Blundell Park after spending 9 months on the sidelines.
The six footer has spent all of his career to date at Glanford Park, notching up over 100 appearances for the Iron.
