Defender who is also capable of playing midfield. Made the bench in the LDV game against Morecambe last season and also against Lincoln this season, but he has failed to ever make an appearances and was released in November 2006.
Higgins is now playing alongside former Mariner Miles Chamberlain at non-league Eastwood Town.
