Getting a Wembley Ticket

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 25/02/2013

GRIMSBY fans will be able to but tickets online for the FA Trophy Final with Wrexham from this afternoon (Mon) when they go on sale. It will also be possible to buy them in person from the club, but they do not go on sale until Wednesday March 6th, initially to season ticket holders.

Tickets are a flat-priced £30 for adults and £15 for children

The online tickets (which cost most as they will include an administration charge) are behind the goal, while the ones sold by the club start at the half way line. Only tickets in the lower bowl are being sold which holds around 34,000 tickets. If Grimsby or Wrexham sell more than 17,000 (which is more than conceivable) then presumably tickets will be made available higher up.

The game takes place on Sun Mar 24th (3pm). The match which was due to take place the day before at Forest Green has been moved forward to Tue Mar 5 (19:45).
