Clements Leaves

MIDFIELDER Chris Clements has been released by Grimsby Town. The central midfielder never featured for Town last season, and had spells on loan with Barrow and Forest Green. The previous season Clements played in 16 games and scored 4 goals.
Clements had looked one of the better midfielders at the club at the end of the 2016-2017 season but struggled with fitness and personal issues, which restricted his time at Blundell Park.
Michael Jolley has now released 12 players from last season's squad, and re-signed 2 out of contract squad members.
