End of an Era

Even the most ardent anti-Buckley Town fan must acknowledge the great contribution of Alan Buckley to Grimsby Town Football Club in two spells in charge of The Mariners over the last 12 years. He's gone now, for good or for worse, depending on your view. Just for a moment we want you to forget the whys and wherefores of his departure and look back over the last few seasons and what Alan Buckley achieved for the club.
We want to know what your favourite moments during the Buckley years were, what are your fondest memories, what your favourite games were, and any other thoughts looking back over the last 12 years with AB at the helm (for most of them anyway).
Alan Buckley
The two Wembley victories obviously spring to mind, but what about some of the other highlights? The 2-1 FA Cup win over Middlesborough, the 1-0 victory at Newcastle, the 2-1 win against Exeter to secure promotion, the AWS Semi-Final at Burnley. These are just four games plucked from the last 12 years off the top of my head, but what moments during the Buckley era will you remember for the rest of your life? Which was best spell in charge, the first or the second? What about the West Brom period?
Whatever they are, please send us your thoughts and we will publish them, even if it's just a few sentences. Please don't waste your time writing anything abusive!
