Lennie Lawrence today completed the signing of Chinese international captain Zhang Enuha on a three-month loan deal before pledging that there would be no more similar transfer dealings in the foreseeable future. No "It will be the end for the short term because it will make five loans and we can't keep on doing it, at the moment there's no more planned", said Lawrence. Since taking over at Blundell Park the former-Luton man has brought in numerous overseas players on trial and loan. Currently on-loan at the club alongside Enuha are Norwegian Knut Anders Fostervold, Dutchman Menno Willems, Scots Stuart Campbell and Neil Murray, and Danish striker David Nielsen. Unfortunately for Lawrence, Enuha's work-permit has not arrived in time to allow him to hand the China skipper his debut against Crystal Palace this weekend, and it is likely to be a fortnight before his registration is complete. Enuha's current club team Dalian Shide recently won the Chinese league, allowing the player to depart for Grimsby later this week. The Mariners boss had hoped to draft Enuha in as a direct replacement for the injured Peter Handyside. Utility man Steve Livingstone is an early doubt for Saturdays crucial clash with the Eagles. Livingstone suffered a back injury in the 2-1 defeat against Fulham at the weekend and the club is anxious that he should regain his fitness as quickly as possible. "Steve is set to undergo intensive treatment this week to try and get him back to fitness for the weekend," said a club spokesman.
