Your Very Last Chance For Fame!

By: Bill Osborne
Date: 21/07/2003

WHILE everyone else might get their 15 minutes of fame, a whole year of fame awaits one Mariners' fan! In fact, with the long memories of football fans, and especially the long ones of Town supporters, the winner of the auction to become a Town player will be famous for a lifetime - or more!

Will You be that star turn in Town's Official team photo on Wednesday?

Will You be the one who, for the rest of the season, the rest of your life, will be able to take down the Official Team Photograph and say to your friends and family … "that's me in the Town line-up!"

Shortly before midnight today, the final bid will be cast in what is expected to be a hectic bout of bidding and counter bidding as the clock ticks down to zero hour.

And it seems finicky to mention that the winner will also have their own official number, their own official registration with the Football League, their own official profile among the team on the Official Website, their name in the official Mariner Matchday Magazine for the whole season, and the opportunity to rub shoulders with Town's stars.

Because for life's most precious moments, money is irrelevant!

Click here for your chance of a lifetime!
