It seems Cook and Southwell score every week. Out of interest, anyone know how many they've scored each this season.

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

Graham Taylor

It's his birthday today - 70 years old - so wish him well with the celebrations

Two games stand out for me as a young lad watching him in the Black & White stripes..

I remember the first goal he scored of his career in a 4-1 win (v Darlington I think it was)

I was in the boys enclosure in the Barratts and as he was left back, when he took his place back alongside us on the touchline, you could see he was made up with his effort - only scored one more for us after that so not what you'd call prolific!

The other one not such a good day...although we won, last game of the season v Swindon, we got relegated on goal average and his playing career with us ended as he moved on to Lincoln

Anyway Many Happy Returns - not quite what I'd call a legend but when he was with us I don't think many would have guessed he'd be a future England manager (with one of our own ex managers alongside him)

When I was 14 and first started playing for the Juniors Graham was 18 and already in the 1st team,

He was a decent player and a good servant to the club.

Happy birthday you old git.
