Really p'eed of with this result. Tonight was a perfect chance to gain a bit of ground on the other teams but balls it up with some kamikaze play.

We are clearly lacking firepower up front! Can't we get shot of Elding and free some money up to get a replacement in.

Disappointing, you want us to be beating sides like that and I honestly thought we were gonna go on and win it once we got it bakc level. That start was what cost us in the end. Can't afford to give a side two goals like that.

Ah well. Hopefully we can bounce back on Saturday.

Hardly the disaster some are claiming it to be...flipping hell some people need to calm the intercourse down.

So we didn't win, Christ we won't win every game and losing our first away game in November is a great run.

We have a game on Saturday, no need to dwell, back on it and keep going...anyone expect the top 5 to change much more for the remainder of the season?

Second from bottom, 3 wins all season, lost their top scorer and goaly just before kick off and they play us off the pitch for 45 mins giving us too much to do.

Have to admit  i have never thought we have the adaptability in our squad to get promotion this season, desperately want to be proved wrong, but this result from a personal point of view makes me realise just how low we have dropped - 10 or 12  years or so ago i was one of many Grimsby based players who played for Louth Utd - we played Hyde at Hyde and gave them a very good game, i now see them beating my club, a club with 2 FA Cup semi final appearances many years ago,one still  a record attendance at Old Trafford, a club with 2 Wembley wins not that many years ago, a club with league titles not that many years ago, but a club that has been embarrassed by seemingly no-hopers  so many times in the past 3-4 year that it almost makes you want to cry.
I d'ont know what the rest of this season will bring, but there seems to be no end to despair  and frustration for our supporters  and god knows they have been loyal in the face of regular embarrassment- and before anyone reminds me, i know we are still in the play-off positions, i just despair.
