i'm a little surprised that cardiff want him as manager, he hasn't got any team promoted as manage, where as someone like Nigel Adkins, who has a string of successful promotions.

To be fair, I was still surprised to read that he'd never managed to get a club promoted!

He'll need to do better than that to keep Mr Tan happy...
