I remember playing against a young Rawcliffe in the Sunday League. Jeez he was quick. Mind you, anyone seemed quick on a Sunday morning after a Saturday night skinful.

Ray Lancaster  came with rave reviews but could not hack our fresh air at Cleethorpes,

He came from Rotherham and all the smoke in the pit mining towns effected him when he breathed good fresh air and it made him tired all the time,

Or so they say.
