Never mind we didn't need a cup run to get in the way of the relegation fight anyway

On current form we'll get hammered

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

hardly.....same divisional ties dont create any buzz, we are plaing sh1t , they will bring hardly any support and you just know that before the balls had even settled in their little holders that Podge would have been onto Macca and getting in his head.

Shite uninspiring and ominous draw.

Come on let’s be positive
It’s not the best draw
But certainly not the worst
Newport have had some good cup runs of late
Maybe their run is over so they are  beatable
They won’t fancy coming here !!
So let’s get behind the players as they will be feeling sicker than us at the moment ,
So come on players and fans alike let’s put a smile back on everyone’s faces UTM

Not exactly an exciting draw but could've been worse, Tranmere or Burton away for example.

The Town way is to win the cup game but then lose the more important league game isn’t it? Wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened against Newport either. Last ‘League’ game of the season won, play off semi lost a few days later.
