I was just having a watch of the latest SOCCER AM videos when who should pop up as a suggestion?

If you can put up with Jolley for the few seconds he's on without getting a bitter aftertaste, there's Chaz already shows his finishing skills (but possibly made easier by having a naff keeper in goal)

MJ signed Vernam, Hendrie, Ohman and Hanson so can't have been all bad.

Gave Pollock and Clifton first team football too.

Oh yes, he also saved us from relegation when we were sinking faster than a Michael Barrymore pool party guest.

It wasn't a go at Jolley per se, just a dig at the difference of how we played under a Manager with little or no experience, against the mad southern genius we have now

I’ll never forget what Jolley did for us, it was a shame he lost his way. Of course though on the other hand I’m pleased he did as we now have a situation unfolding that none of us could of imagined before the new year. UTMM!!

Jolley was good when he started but then decided to set us up to bore everyone to death and sack himself. I hear he was very unpopular with non playing staff and not much more popular with the players. He kept us up I suppose, but I reckon a lot of our upturn in form was simply because Slade had gone. Either way, I wish him well. If he gets another job, maybe man marking all over the pitch even when in posession isn't the way forward.
