What about Will Antwi, solid defender who did a job.

Derek Niven, did a lot of the dirty work and always put in an effort.

Robert Eagle, very limited winger but did score the occasional cracker.

Gary Silk, I actually didn't mind him, had a good cross on him.

Sam Hatton. Again I didn't mind him, got a lot of stick when here.

Jamie Green, injury prone but looked promising.

Marcus Marshall, in his first spell looked bright until he tailed off after Luton declared an interest. In his 2nd spell he hardly played until he changed the game at Braintree!

I loved Niven. Couldn't pass the ball further than 2 yards but he'd two footer his nan if it meant we won the ball back.

Lets face it, aside from the squad that won at Wembley (and even some of those in reality) who will be remembered for many years and aside from the odd exception they are mostly all forgettable.

Off the top of my head Townsend, Hearn & Pearson are the stand out players with notable exceptions for me who can be excused being forgotten about.  The rest of them never achieved anything for us really.  IMO of course

Niven was good at winning the ball .......but he had plenty of practice with the amount of times he gave it away.

Didn't want to sign for us

Scott Garner. Thought at the time we should have resigned him

Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly

Didn't he have some sort of personal problem which meant that we let him go? I seem to remember reading speculation about a gambling problem.
I remember Kyle Perry (Good grief! Remember him?!) trying to niggle him one game, and he just turned around and laughed in his face.

He was good on his day. Unfortunately that day was only once a season.
