It's annoying when non league clubs York, Scarborough and Boston manage to deliver new stadiums and we seem to be still getting nowhere.

Don't get too annoyed, York's 8500 seater Community Stadium has so far taken the council 12 years to build and it's still not ready.

With hindsight,, in the mid 90s, I'd have accepted an "annoying" twelve year wait to see a new GTFC stadium.

Delay at York as it stands is only Covid preventing practical testing for safety certificates etc..
