Having gained promotion to the National League this season, King's Lynn have increased prices dramatically, leading to an online backlash. Not difficult to see why when they are charging £575 for some season tickets, more than some Premiership clubs.

To Kings Lynn the National League IS the Premiership

Make hay while you can, what they lose on ST holders they'll make up with the increased cash from those who renew

Is £20 the norm for admission prices in the National League now? To a certain extent I can understand clubs - like Town - sticking to their prices after getting relegated - but this smacks of opportunism and a intercourse the fans attitude.

If you think about it, most clubs are full time so it's full time wages without the TV money we get and the increased sponsorship. Got to come from somewhere.

Standard game access goes up by £4/5 quid, no general sales of Under 16/17 student tickets as the system had been abused, encouraging them to buy a season ticket instead.

Given the level of professionalism at that level now and what will be a big increase in staffing i imagine then easy to see why they are increasing.  But the top S.T at over £500 for what is basically a centrally positioned seat at a non league match seems well expensive.

I see Ian Culverhouse is their manager. Anyone for a quick game?

The owner is no mug, he is not exactly popular but supporters are respectful of the way he has dragged the club round and been prepared to invest in good players. In the past few weeks they have appointed a lot of backroom staff and run a new youth system.

My guess is that this has not come cheap.
