Just about to pay the £10, not expecting any problems with it today after somehow paying for the wrong game the other week. Famous last words

If I could get on there I’d let you know
Paid up but can’t access the game 🙃
There’s an audio button on the right of the screen as I remember from when we played Walsall. You get a choice of home or away commentary there

Best thing to do is get it working well before the game starts, it took me about 10 minutes to get it working but I started doing it about 30 minutes before kick-off

I paid up about 20 minutes before kick off so took half an hour to get on today. Not had issues before - maybe today is a one off glitch

Not sure why people have issues with iFollow, I’ve never had a problem. Today’s quality is excellent with the commentary perfectly in sync.

Quality is fine for me.
I always have problems finding the link to watch the match but am not sure if it's me not seeing it and it's just poorly positioned or if it takes a while for them to put it up for you after you pay.

First half no problem. Top quality picture, top quality sound. I can’t tell you for second half as I have a black screen and a ‘wheel of doom’.

Missed 10 mins which is annoying but apart from that it’s been good quality. Better than I expected to be fair.

Considering this is the only income stream we have for the foreseeable, it really needs to be sorted out. Every game there are people who can't get it to work, some that can but the quality isn't up to much, and some are getting good quality with no problems, which is baffling and frustrating.
Those that are computer savvy can probably figure out what to do to get it work properly, but too many are having problems with it, which for £10 a game isn't good enough. It's just too off putting for many people, which is a shame, because this could bring in much more money if it was simple to use and stable.

I watched the second half using the app after giving up on my PC which was awful in the first half. Was absolutely fine.
I do agree that the links etc in the website are very hidden and not easy to navigate.
Even though I had problems I will definitely use it again.

I had the problem of the dreaded revolving circle in the middle of the screen as they were kicking off. A friend said press the refresh F key and voila it worked and I had no further problems. I also heard that the quality can equate to your internet speed. I hope that assists for future games. #UTM

Absolutely right. Partly why I can’t always be bothered to watch it. The League have a shocking history of picking poor partners for broadcasting games, right back to ITV Digital.

I must be one of the lucky ones. Each of the three iFollow games so far have been easy to purchase, connect via OS, pause if necessary with good sound and a sharp picture. I'm on Virgin (100 mps) to a three year old Dell laptop hooked up to a TV via an HDMI cable. Only me in the house today so no router issues. I' m no tech boffin so if owt were wrong I'm straight to switch on switch off technique. I won't pay for SKY or BT so I'm perhaps easily pleased.

Couldn’t agree more, paid my tenner 50 minutes before game started and watched the revolving circle for 47 of em, kept hitting watch it live logged out came back in etc hit watch it live then in OMG just in time to watch Macka toss in the circle We could have lost that easily first half Olly changed it second and they disappeared, should have had 2 points lol UTM

Same here, perfect picture and audio on my PC. Perhaps people should look at their PC’s, Laptops etc. They might have programmes running in the background that are causing these issues.

It’s understandable people get frustrated with it, the inconsistency is very annoying, especially when it’s currently the only form of watching games.
Mine worked fine yesterday, apart from the circle of death right up until KO. Conversely, my friend had issues all game. Ironically, they’re very tech savvy and I am not.
There also appears to be no rhyme or reason to it either, I used my battered, basic work laptop and it streamed fine. Get out a brand new laptop, high spec and the likes and it wouldn’t have any of it last game.

Mine was very good via iPad yesterday, and the first time this season video and sound have been in sync
Apologies if everyone knows this, as it’s been covered a few times before, but if you don’t want the home radio commentary go to the “cog” in the bottom right of the screen, just click, then “audio” and change to “away”
I thought Paul Bolland was one of the better summarisers too

Sounds like it’s the internet connection or the platform causing issues for some people rather than the product itself .

I always pay a couple of hours in advance and log in about 30 mins before K.O. and never had any problems.
I know not everybody are able to do that for whatever reason but maybe lots are trying to log in at the last minute and the system fails to cope. I have no idea if the above is right but it works for me.

I think the problem is usually with your internet connection. Maybe it's not very good, or you could be on Wifi in an area where lots of other people are jamming the channels. I'm in an area where houses are fairly spread out and there's a lot of traffic, in areas where lots of houses are close together it's more likely to be a problem.
First half I had no trouble whatsoever, but the 2nd half started doing the spinny white circle a lot. I was connected through an extender that has occasionally caused problems so I plugged in with a cable and it was perfect from there onwards.
If you can connect your device via a cable rather than wireless, I would guess it will fix most issues.

An ethernet connection is always preferable. However a connection of 10 Mbps or above via WiFi will support a HD stream. Also check the minimum specs as below: 2.6. In order to access and use iFollow, you will need to:
2.6.1. provide all necessary equipment including a computer and network / telephone connection; 2.6.2. access the internet, and you are responsible for any service fees associated with such access. You will require a WIFI or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 800 kbps or higher to use the App. You can also access the App over a 3G/4G connection via supported mobile devices. If you have an internet connection speed of 5 Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below at section 2.7, you will be able to enjoy the App at its highest video quality.
2.7. For use of iFollow your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements (as may be updated occasionally, for which see section 3 below):
2.7.1. Site (Windows): 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks; 32-bit and 64-bit (unless noted): Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and later new Windows releases; latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome; 1GB (32-bit) or 2GB (64-bit) of RAM; 128MB of graphics memory. 2.7.2. Site (Mac): Intel Core™ Duo 2GHz or faster processor; Mac OS X v10.9, or later; latest versions of Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome; 1GB of RAM; 128MB of graphics memory. 2.7.3. App: Android or iPhone/iPad device; minimum of 50mb available memory for App installation; iOS 11.2 (or above) or Android 4.4 (or above) operating system.
