Said it before and I'll say it again .. Southgate is not good enough!..comes up against decent opposition and doesn't have a f@cking clue!..Plays Philips and leaves Grealish out, Maguire has been crud for scum utd yet still gets a shirt and Pickford?..really??.. Pope and Henderson are far better keepers than him...

England did beat the number 1 team in the World on Sunday and got to the semi’s in the last World Cup after bombing in the previous 2 tournaments.

He can’t be blamed for poor decision making by McGuire and crap refereeing.

Not a patch on Towns game last night

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

I can sympathise with both points of view. Yes he has had some relative successes in semis and beating the best in the world (in the least-competitive competitive competition on the planet). However the set up is so negative. We’re top of the group at kick off against maybe the third best team in the group. Pick a team to go out and beat them and not bore them!

Phillips is tidy and that is all. He makes simple passes square and back not picking on him just an observation.. McGuire well enough said. It was pretty much nailed on after the booking . Let’s have some creativity please, with us and taking them on. Boring stuff. 2nd half changes please

We beat Belgium with a lucky deflection and a don't get me started on the semi finals....we had the luckiest run to get there, came up against a decent outfit and got done,!..he can be blamed for picking the wrong players!.. Maguire and Pickford are both liabilities. He's doing what so too many England managers have done over the years, he's picking the fans favourites, Cslvert-Lewin in better form than Harry Kane, dropped, Grealish in better form than Rice/Philips, dropped...sorry, bit he's become yet another FA yes man .

After the World Cup the team got to the last 4 of the nations league and qualified for the Euros from all be it a softish group with ease.

Re engaged the fan base...

Appears to have got players “wanting” to be part of the squad/team.

Got the media relatively on side ....

Gave Youth a chance......

Dealt with players behaving like tools ....

Supported and led his players professionally in the face of terrible racism ....

Got M&S’s share price up with waist coat sales.

By the time Man U and Liverpool Have finished carving up the premiership it will be against the law to send a big 6 player off.

All that said playing 2 relatively holding midfield players doesn’t do us any favours.

Only got to see the second half but has any of the players shone or as I’m seeing it they’re trying but cannot match a better team/players. Plus, does the ref give a free kick every time someone falls over or screams?
