A bit like Chasetown you mean

You're right of course and that FA Trophy defeat from 9 years ago means we can't possibly beat Dagenham and Redbridge.

I was thinking of the FA Trophy defeat in 2016 and of course we have never beaten Dagenham in 7 attempts

You weren't thinking of Chasetown then.

Getting beat in the first round of the FA Trophy in your first season in non-league: Disaster. How will we ever live this down?

Winning the first round game in any other season: Disaster. How are we going to fit all the games in?

I'm sure it's just an attempt to provide a counterbalance to the not one single poster who has said they expect us to win, let alone assume it.

Chasetown was in The FA Trophy.

Thankfully, we don't play in that anymore.

Winnable game, a chance to get 20 odd grand prize money and be in the hat for round 2. Not too bad a draw, not that I'm taking owt for granted.
