Looking at the fixture list we have only the cup game next Saturday away from home ,if it goes ahead.

We have a game against Leicester boys at home so we can use that to give our injured players a run out and make the rest of our team up with our youths.

So that gives Ollie plenty of time on the training pitch for the next three weeks.

This is what has been lacking since the start of the season so we should expect an improvement in our play and a more settled side.

Let's hope the players make the most of this time because I am sure
Ollie will.

Playing home games always gives you the opportunity of more time on the grass rather than the road.

Keep the faith.

Could be 7 or even 8 fixtures in November dependent on what happens with the Dagenham cup tie

Followed by a further 8 games in December.... going to be really busy these next 8-9 weeks

I was looking at the next 3 weeks Tim apart the the away game I don't count Hull boys the youths and crocks can play in that we have only home games until the 21st.

Which gives Ollie more time on the training pitch since the start of the season.

Still have a minimum of 15 games to play before Christmas.

But after the new year, as it stands before any potential cancellations, matches are mostly weekly rather than twice weekly.

I'm not sure how playing more home games equates to more time on the training pitch?

When we play away like we did at Cheltenham Ollie
gave the players two days off instead of the normal one as they did not get back to Grimsby until 2am.

So lost a days training.

You might not think that would make much difference but when you have so many new lads getting to know each other it's a lot.

There are no FA Cup replays this season.

I think FishOutOfWater was alluding to the fact that the game against Dagenham is in doubt over their players having Covid Les.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Of course. No word yet whether the game will definitely be going ahead?

There are a few permutations that I was thinking of  PP

We play Dagenham and lose then we have 7 games

We cant' play Dagenham but get a bye then we have 7 games

We play Dagenham and win then we have 8 games

I assumed you was thinking about a possible replay.

I should have known that you wouldn't be that stupid.
