Weird how we all keep going on about Bogle and Armond but we seem to forget the best striker we’ve had recently was Wes Thomas , worked his nuts off on his own and still had a goal in him and the only player( I think) since promotion to get into double figures.  Would do with him right now.

Are we not in trouble
look at our forwards league goals in all seasons with GTFC

Matt Green 2 goals in 24 (12)
Owen Windsor 1 Goal in 6 (1)
Montel Gibson 2 in 3 (6)
Virgil Gomis  0 in 3 sub appearances
James Hanson 9 in 27 (7)

all the other forwards have not played first team football in the league
Cant see goals coming from anywhere else either

His attitude stank, but he was a lot better than what we have now and on less money than our two senior strikers.

If he had a good attitude, there's no way he'd have be as low down the football pyramid. He was a Championship quality striker at his best.

I can't remember him having a bad attitude. Played his socks off every game I saw him play. Very good player imo under rated in a terrible team


Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong  
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly
